Send a Digital Case

To send us a digital case, find your scanner brand below and follow the instructions to connect with Denture City.

If your scanner is not listed, please call us at 262.800.2459, and we will guide you through the setup process.

3 Shape

  1. Visit https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login and enter your Username and Password.

  2. Click on “Connections”, then “Add Connection”.

  3. Enter: denturecity1320@gmail.com

  4. We will approve your connection and begin to process your case.

iTero

  1. Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add Denture City Labs to your “Favorite Lab” list.

  2. On the Cadent Lab List, search for Denture City Labs. Select our laboratory as a “Favorite Lab”.

  3. Send Your Scan: We will receive the scan and begin processing your case.
